VitalCore Health Strategies, a leading provider of correctional healthcare services, is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Warren County Jail in Lebanon, Ohio. Job SummaryWe are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a correctional setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and developing and implementing individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment.
- Perform other duties as assigned by facility leadership.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- At least 1 year of experience in an acute care setting.
- Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment.
- Active CPR certification.
- Knowledge of specific state laws and regulations governing practice.
