Job Title: Social Behavior Change Advisor

Winrock International is seeking a Social Behavior Change Advisor to provide technical direction and guidance to the Laos Counter-Trafficking in Persons (CTIP) project for the design and implementation of its social behavior change activities.

The successful candidate will work closely with the project team to finalize priority behaviors, map out existing and missing information, and develop a social behavior change strategy that will guide all SBC activity implementation.

The Social Behavior Change Advisor will also conduct capacity building training for project staff, conduct an SBC workshop for project staff, GOL staff, and partner staff, and provide technical guidance and support to the project team to design and launch SBC interventions at different levels.

The ideal candidate will have a master's degree in social and behavioral science, psychology, sociology, or a related field, and at least 8 years of professional experience in SBC, applied behavior analysis, or similar fields.

Strong communications skills, excellent written and spoken English, and professionalism, teamwork, and ability to meet deadlines are also essential.

Previous experience working in international development and knowledge of Southeast Asian context are desirable.
