About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading online marketing company, leveraging your expertise in digital marketing to drive business results. You will be responsible for developing product positioning and messaging, understanding buyer personas, and staying up-to-date with market trends. You will also be responsible for conceiving and developing innovative marketing programs, developing go-to-market strategies, and collaborating with sales operations to develop sales tools.

Responsibilities

* Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates our products with clients and agencies
* Understand our buyer personas, their pain points, buying process and criteria, and transfer knowledge back to product and sales
* Keep the company up-to-date with market trends, and keep us several steps ahead of the competition at all times
* Conceive and develop innovative marketing programs that drive demand with brands and agencies
* Develop the go-to-market strategy for messaging, packaging, promoting, and selling of our products
* Plan the launch of new products and releases and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan
* Provide expertise and content support to rapid response strategies as needed
* Educate both internal and external stakeholders on our product features and their benefits
* Collaborate with Sales Operations to develop sales tool that support the selling process targeted to your market segments
* Measure and optimize the buyer journey as it relates to product feature adoption and usage requirements
* Create/update sales and marketing materials

Requirements

* 7+ years professional experience, with 4+ years of Digital Marketing experience in the B2B Technology Online Performance Marketing space
* Proven success directly supporting mid- to large-sized sales force and working closely with product teams
* In-depth understanding of B2B ad-tech and mar-tech landscape, mobile and/or video experience a plus
* Experience building and executing marketing plans using a creative approach
* Master story teller with high attention to detail and strong presentation skills
* Superb communication skills, verbal and written
* Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
* Ability to influence, motivate, and train others
* Master multi-tasker
* Advanced PowerPoint skills
* BA/BS degree required, MBA or advanced degree preferred
