  • Political astuteness and ability to function effectively within the political environment of Arkansas
  • Understanding of technology application and ability to innovate
  • Successful experience in developing effective alliances with various organizations devoted to the advancement and improvement of two-year colleges
  • Ability to work effectively with administrators, faculty, staff, students, and other stakeholders
