At 00100 LEIDOS, INC., we are seeking an exceptional Strategic Health Portfolio Growth Leader to join our team. This exciting opportunity is part of our Health Solutions Portfolio, where you will have the chance to drive business growth and deliver exceptional results.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in public health, with a proven track record of achieving revenue growth and meeting profit targets. As a Strategic Health Portfolio Growth Leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the strategic direction of our public health business, ensuring sustainable growth and competitive differentiation.

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven individual who can effectively manage budgets and investments, drive business growth activities, and develop strong customer relationships. Your expertise in program management, with a focus on large complex government programs, will be invaluable in this role.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth and meet revenue targets.
  • Managing budgets and investments to ensure efficient delivery of financial results.
  • Driving business growth activities, including re-compete, new business, and take away opportunities.
  • Developing and nurturing strong customer relationships at the executive and program levels.
  • Providing thought leadership through speaking engagements and participation in key government and industry forums.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in a technical discipline, with a minimum of 15 years of increasing responsibility and relevant experience.
  • Previous P&L responsibility exceeding $50-100M revenue per year.
  • Successful experience with large complex government programs.
  • A proven track record of being able to grow a business.
  • Program Management experience running programs with total contract value greater than $100M.
  • PMP/PMI certification.
  • Experience with multiple contract types, including FFP, T&M, cost plus, IDIQ, etc.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.
