Job Description

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for managing multiple high-end residential projects from initiation to completion. This includes developing and implementing project plans, budgets, and schedules; coordinating with cross-functional teams; and ensuring timely completion and quality control.

Responsibilities

  • Lead project planning, budgeting, and scheduling activities, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate risks, ensure quality control, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage vendor and subcontractor relationships, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders, including project status, budgets, and timelines.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in high-end residential construction project management.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, including strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication.
  • Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Ability to read blueprints, understand technical documents, and decipher legal contract language.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and experience with Spectrum and ProCore are definite pluses.
  • Highly organized, energetic, focused, and detail-oriented, with a 'can-do' attitude and commitment to excellence.
  • Poise and maturity under pressure, with impeccable communication and presentation skills.
