Salary and Benefits

Our competitive salary range for this position is $80k-$95k per year, depending on experience. Job Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will assist the Project Manager and Superintendent in implementing SBJ policies and executing projects. This includes preparing and updating project schedules, working with the project team to reduce constraints' impact on the schedule, and distributing new drawings, changes, approved submittals, RFI responses, and other project information to affected parties.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need valid driver's license, proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office, Procore, and scheduling software, ability to read and interpret documents such as plans and specifications, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. You will also need knowledge of construction principles/practices, strong organizational, file management, and time management skills, proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a team-based environment, and problem-solving skills.
