The Engineer role offers a competitive base salary ranging from $67,000 to $95,000, depending on factors such as geographic location, education, skills, experience, and market considerations. Job Description

This exciting opportunity is part of our Engineer program, designed to provide recent college graduates with the tools and resources to jumpstart their careers in construction. As an Engineer, you will have the chance to work in various roles, including project management, field management, and project development.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Delivery - Project Management: Work closely with project teams to ensure successful project delivery, focusing on financial management, document control, and trade partner success.
  • Project Delivery - Field Management: Learn the building process, assist in laying the groundwork for projects, and coordinate site logistics.
  • Project Development: Gain insights into how Clark acquires new work, develops strategies for meeting project goals, and maintains relationships with clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • An undergraduate degree in construction management, engineering, business, or a related field, expected to graduate in Winter 2024 or Spring 2025.
  • A strong interest and passion for the construction industry.

  • A strong work ethic, self-motivated, and driven by challenge.
  • Solution-oriented problem solver with a hands-on and team-oriented attitude.
