Compensation & Benefits:
This role offers an hourly wage of $15.69, with payments made biweekly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dealership lot, including trash collection, sweeping, and ensuring a tidy appearance
  • Park and retrieve vehicles in specified locations
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels
  • Perform vehicle inspections for damages and communicate findings to management
  • Assist customers with the retrieval and loading of their purchases
  • Ensure all vehicles are securely locked and protected at all times
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and dealership policies
  • Collaborate with management and team members to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a similar capacity preferred
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required
  • Ability to operate both manual and automatic vehicles
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities
  • Capability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Strong work ethic and adaptability to varying weather conditions
  • Must pass a background check and drug screening
