Key Responsibilities

Candidate Sourcing:

  • Leverage multiple sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify and engage potential candidates.
  • Conduct proactive searches to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
  • Screen resumes and applications to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit for specific positions.
  • Perform initial screenings and assessments to determine candidate suitability and present shortlisted candidates to hiring managers.

Candidate Pipeline Management:

  • Maintain accurate and current candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Regularly communicate with candidates to provide updates on their application status and gather necessary information.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Assist with follow-up activities, including reference checks and background screenings.

Administrative Support:

  • Provide administrative assistance to the recruiting team and management.
  • Help draft and post job advertisements on various platforms.
  • Prepare and distribute recruitment-related documents, including offer letters and onboarding materials.
  • Maintain accurate records related to recruitment activities.

Process Improvement:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and desired candidate profiles.
  • Offer insights to enhance recruitment processes and strategies.
  • Assist in developing interview guides and evaluation criteria.
  • Continuously assess the effectiveness of recruitment methods and recommend improvements.

Daily Activities:

  • Manage full lifecycle recruiting for both cleared and un-cleared talent.
  • Utilize the ATS to engage and hire candidates effectively.
  • Maintain organized documentation within the ATS.
  • Source candidates through various methods, including job boards and referrals.
  • Craft personalized outreach communications to potential candidates.
  • Support proposal and incumbent capture efforts in collaboration with business development teams.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
  • Conduct pre-screening interviews to assess cultural fit and technical skills.
  • Coordinate interview logistics and onboarding processes.
  • Engage in salary negotiations to ensure competitive offers.
  • Promote the IT Concepts brand and culture throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in full-lifecycle technical recruiting.
  • 5+ years of experience supporting Federal Government contracting.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Technical background in IT, Data Engineering, or Development.
  • Experience with DOD cleared roles and familiarity with public trust processes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proficient in using ATS and job boards.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
