Key Responsibilities

As the Director of Portfolio Management, your duties will encompass:

  • Leading a team of portfolio managers to ensure effective asset performance management.
  • Conducting thorough market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Implementing industry best practices to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborating with senior leadership to drive profitability and growth.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A minimum of three to five years of progressive experience in property management, including senior leadership roles.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Accounting, or Real Estate is preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong financial analysis and market research skills.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication abilities.
