Job Title: Property Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Property Manager to join our team at SkyNat Property Management. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our properties, ensuring that they are well-maintained and that our residents are satisfied with their living experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and process rental applications, ensuring that all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Conduct property inspections to ensure compliance with government and environmental regulations.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new residents and retain existing ones.
  • Manage budgets and financial reports, ensuring that expenses are in line with company policies.
  • Collaborate with the Portfolio Manager and Maintenance team to ensure that all maintenance and repair requests are addressed in a timely manner.
  • Enforce apartment community rules and regulations, and provide documentation to resolve any disputes that may arise.
  • Monitor and implement rent increases, utility charges, and Housing Authority contract renewals.
  • Respond to resident inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • 1 year of previous property management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Landlord/Tenant laws and regulations.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
