About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Telemetry/Progressive Care Unit at Baylor Scott & White Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and collaborating with colleagues to achieve optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough clinical assessments and prioritize patient and family needs
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to address patient goals and outcomes
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication
  • Provide education and support to patients, families, and healthcare professionals to promote health and wellness
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Texas
  • Minimum 1 year of recent, full-time Telemetry and/or Cardiac Progressive Care experience (preferably 2+ years)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
