Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our business operations, including processing invoices, collecting payments, and customer service follow-up. You will also answer phone calls, greet visitors, and resolve routine and complex inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to management and team members.
- Process invoices, collect payments, and perform customer service follow-up.
- Answer phone calls, greet visitors, and resolve routine and complex inquiries.
- Schedule appointments and meetings, and maintain calendars.
- Enter new jobs into ServiceMaster CRM, capture relevant customer and job information.
- Utilize the assistance of support staff members as needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous administrative experience preferred but not required.
- Experience and skill with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel) required.
- Comfortable using multiple types of software, and possessing personal time management and organizational skills.
- Verbal and written communication skills, and ability to manage confidential information.
- Dependable and adaptable to operate in a fast-paced work environment.
Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
