Responsibilities and Duties:

Strategic Leadership:
Formulate and implement a comprehensive people strategy that resonates with the company's mission, vision, and strategic goals.
Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive leadership on all human resources issues.
Lead initiatives for organizational development to enhance the overall employee experience and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Culture Revitalization:
Advocate for and implement cultural transformation initiatives aimed at rejuvenating the organizational culture.

Talent Management:

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful people strategies in a dynamic, high-growth setting.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment law.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all organizational levels.
Proven commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or other relevant HR certification is advantageous.
