BETA Group, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Highway Project Engineer to lead our transportation design team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing and overseeing technical designs, developing projects from conceptual to final design, and mentoring junior staff.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in highway engineering, with experience in designing and managing transportation projects. You will be proficient in AutoCAD Civil3D and Microstation OpenRoads Designer, and have a demonstrated understanding of MUTCD, AASHTO, and CTDOT design policy guidelines and requirements.

As a Senior Highway Project Engineer at BETA, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from conceptual design to final construction. You will be responsible for leading project teams, mentoring junior staff, and developing business development and project pursuits.
