The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and experience with transportation design. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to support project development and ensure that all deliverables meet the highest standards.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing roadway alignments and details, grading, drainage, traffic, and other highway infrastructure and site work
  • Preparing and producing construction documents, plans, and specifications
  • Collaborating with project teams to ensure successful project delivery

Required skills and experience include:

  • BS/MS degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in transportation design
  • Proficiency in Bentley MicroStation and Open Roads Designer
  • Preferred familiarity with CTDOT Roadway Standards, Criteria, and Specifications
