Position Title: Fitness Center Monitor

Employment Type: Part-time Temporary, Non-Exempt

Work Schedule: Varies, approximately 12 hours per week

Compensation: $18.20 per hour, based on relevant experience

Benefits: Partial benefits available

Position Overview: Serve as the initial point of contact for visitors at the Fitness Center. Duties include managing patron check-ins via computer, addressing general inquiries, and ensuring the cleanliness of the facility.

Essential Qualifications:
  • Entry-level support role.
  • Performs routine tasks under close supervision.
  • High School Diploma required; minimal related experience preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

Applicants must submit an application and resume for consideration.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and assist patrons at the Fitness Center and handle incoming calls.
  • Check patrons into the system and assist with class selections.
  • Maintain cleanliness by sanitizing equipment, laundering towels, and managing waste disposal.
  • Provide assistance over the phone and respond to various inquiries.
  • Conduct facility tours for prospective guests.
  • Update and maintain guest account information.
  • Ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.

Additional Information: Responsibilities may be adjusted based on business needs. Scheduling and work locations may change as required.
