Salesforce seeks a seasoned leader to drive excellence in its Global Benefits team as the Director, Employee Benefits. This strategic role demands expertise in operational efficiency, legal compliance, and employee satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of supporting and leading benefits organizations to scale, with a focus on refining the overall benefits COE delivery and operations model. Key responsibilities include:

  • Continual improvements of Center of Expertise (COE) operations, encompassing end-to-end benefits enrollment, life cycle events, compliance actions, and benefits-related M&A projects.
  • Collaboration with COE leaders and Shared Services to implement design and operational changes, recommending methodologies to enhance efficiency and employee satisfaction.
  • Partnership with Shared Services, establishing critical metrics to consistently improve the employee benefits journey, balancing traditional support services metrics with a commitment to creating a delightful experience.
  • Representation of the Benefits COE team internally, advocating for initiatives aimed at improving benefits operations and support experiences, including assessments of AI capabilities and evolution in employee support models.

This role also involves:

  • Leading and supporting M&A benefits work in collaboration with the Total Rewards and HR M&A team.
  • Staying abreast of benefits regulatory changes, providing regular updates to leaders and the team, and leading NAMER benefits compliance activities.
  • Advising technology improvement needs and advocating priorities within the HR organization, leading technology prioritization exercises, and liaising with technology teams.
  • Collaborating with Sourcing & Procurement, legal, and relevant departments to establish a sustainable benefits vendor onboarding experience and streamlining the process.

This position offers a competitive salary range of $160,000 - $220,000 per year, depending on experience, and is based in the United States.
