Job Summary

Oncor Electric Delivery is seeking a highly skilled FCC Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our Field Operations department, you will be responsible for coordinating the activities of Transmission Construction Managers, Coordinators, and Field Construction Coordinators to ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient delivery of energy to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with Transmission Construction Managers and Coordinators to schedule and balance the workload of Oncor and contractor Field Construction Coordinator resources.

Coordinate with Oncor Field Construction Coordinators and contract firms to provide timely information and materials for the construction of the Oncor Transmission and Distribution system.

Review work schedules and in-service dates to ensure they match the work sequence drawings, and make updates as necessary.

Participate in various types of construction meetings, including Region construction meetings, on-site construction meetings, and meetings with local transmission office.

Ensure compliance with local ordinances and regulations, and manage employee activity and cost in support of the business plan.

Promote safety awareness and participate in safety meetings, and provide training and job-related experience in support of employee growth and development.

Requirements

5 years of directly related work experience, preferably with operations and/or construction of electric utility facilities.

Thorough knowledge of all Transmission construction activities and processes, including civil and overhead design, construction, specifications, and procedures.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to develop and maintain good working relationships with all work groups.

Knowledge of iTOA, NOMCR, and Asset Commissioning process, as well as computer skills associated with PETE, Maximo, OTIS, Field HQ, Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
