Requirements:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a strong passion for technology. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in a similar role, with expertise in supporting desktop operating systems (Windows 10, 11, and Mac OS X 10.10.X). A background in Microsoft Office Suite (Office 365) and knowledge of basic Active Directory functions such as account creations, password resets, and OU management is also desirable.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
