About the Role

U.S. Compliance is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Environmental Health and Safety Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical and regulatory support to industrial facilities across North America.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct facility inspections and site assessments to identify areas of concern
  • Develop and implement safety programs, including employee training and emergency response planning
  • Provide on-site visits to assigned clients and prepare agendas and follow-up reports
  • Develop and write OSHA-compliant programs and provide up-to-date versions to clients
  • Facilitate safety committee and emergency response team meetings
  • Perform industrial hygiene surveys and conduct respective testing
  • Manage daily activities and tasks through our internal software
  • Research and apply additional regulations to industrial equipment and operations
  • Perform applicability assessments and data collection
  • Complete special projects as assigned, including lockout/tagout procedure development and Job Hazard Assessment development
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in occupational safety in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience in the development and implementation of safety programs
  • Working knowledge of 29 CFR 1910 and other OSHA/safety regulations
  • Spanish language skills a plus
