Job Title: Wholesale Sales Representative

Ascend Cannabis Co. is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Wholesale Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to present to clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to inform sales strategies and optimize results
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience in the cannabis industry or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Knowledge of Colorado marijuana laws and regulations
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a wholesale sales role
  • Knowledge of cannabis products and industry trends
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
