About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Administrator to join our team at Oceanic Enterprises. As an IT Administrator for System Integration and Support, you will be responsible for the administration and continuous development of our IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • IT Infrastructure Administration: You will be responsible for the administration and continuous development of our IT infrastructure, including the support and monitoring of servers and clients, user management, DHCP, DNS, mail server, the expansion and maintenance of the VMware environment, the management of backup and test systems, as well as client and server patch management and administration of the MDM solution.
  • Support and Maintenance: You will work in 1st and 2nd level support and be a competent contact person for internal colleagues and external partners.
  • Strategic Projects: You will participate in strategic and conceptual IT projects.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: You have completed vocational training as an IT specialist for system integration (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification.
  • Technical Skills: You have extensive knowledge and experience in the Microsoft (MS client and server OS, Office 365, AD, Azure, Exchange) and Linux environment (Debian, Ubuntu, CentOS).
  • Networking Knowledge: You have good knowledge in the areas of TCP/IP, switching and routing (L2 and L3).
  • Problem-Solving Skills: You are interested in complex system landscapes and work in a structured, analytical and solution-oriented manner.
  • Independence and Initiative: You are able to work independently and show a high level of initiative.
