Job Summary

Leidos National Security Sector is seeking a highly skilled Deputy Program Manager to join our F-16 FMS Product Support Integrator team. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with the Program Manager to supervise all program activities aligned with the PWS objectives and assume the role of Program Manager in their absence.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, with experience in managing ID/IQ contracts and leading complex programs. You will be responsible for planning, organizing, securing, and efficiently managing resources to achieve the successful fulfillment of program goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Program Manager in supervising all program activities and ensuring program adherence to scope, schedule, and budget constraints.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring on-time deliverables, managing recruitment, hiring, and training processes for employees, supervising staff, and maintaining up-to-date comprehensive quality control programs.
  • Interface with company leadership, government customers, program, task, and functional leaders, subcontractors, and support personnel to ensure all technical, financial, contractual, and performance requirements are met.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with eight or more years of related experience. Additional years of relevant experience, training, and/or certifications may substitute education requirement.
  • Minimum 15 years Military Aircraft programs experience.
  • US Citizen; Possessing active DoD Secret clearance or ability to obtain/maintain upon hire.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's with five or more years of Program Management experience.
  • Active DoD Secret security clearance preferred.
  • Experience leading complex ID/IQ programs for Defense organizations is preferred.
