About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Loss Prevention Officer to join our team at National Beef. As a Loss Prevention Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our employees, assets, and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and control vehicular traffic to prevent unauthorized access to our premises.
  • Secure our facilities by conducting regular patrols and inspections.
  • Inspect vehicles and cargo to prevent theft and damage.
  • Monitor controlled access points to prevent unauthorized entry.
  • Complete accurate and timely reports of incidents and observations.
  • Investigate irregularities and take corrective action to prevent future incidents.
  • Contribute to a team effort to maintain a safe and secure work environment.
Requirements
  • Strong surveillance skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English fluently.
  • Exemplary performance and attendance record.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus.
  • Availability to work any shift, including weekends and holidays.
