Loss Prevention Officer

Iowa Premium, a National Beef Company, is seeking a skilled Loss Prevention Officer to join our team in Tama, Iowa. As a Loss Prevention Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our facility and assets.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and control vehicular traffic to prevent unauthorized access
  • Secure premises by patrolling property and inspecting vehicles and bags
  • Investigate incidents of irregularity and complete required reports in a timely manner
  • Record observations, occurrences, and surveillance activities
  • Prevent loss or damage to company property by providing a uniformed presence
  • Contribute to a team effort to maintain a safe and secure work environment
Requirements
  • Surveillance skills and ability to remain vigilant
  • Strong, ethical character and ability to demonstrate professionalism
  • Dependable and able to work independently
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English
  • Exemplary performance and attendance record at previous employment
