Job Summary

VitalCore Health Strategies is seeking a highly skilled Master's Level Behavioral Health Professional to join our team at the Racine County Jail in Racine, Wisconsin. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide proactive and collaborative care to our patient population.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer assessments, make clinical decisions, and provide mental health treatment to inmates.
  • Co-lead group therapy, one-on-one therapy, and crisis therapy sessions.
  • Participate in monthly behavioral health calls and collaborate with the medical team to determine overall treatment plans.
  • Perform risk assessments, coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams, and develop discharge plans.
  • Assist in planning and implementing program goals and objectives.
  • Prepare documentation, records, and reports as needed.
  • Utilize clinical skills, including crisis management, brief interventions, and motivational interviewing.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a related field.
  • Minimum one year of experience in a social work capacity in a public or private agency.
  • Satisfactory background investigation report.
