Join Our Team as a Master's Level Behavioral Health Specialist

VitalCore Health Strategies, a leading provider of correctional health care, is seeking a highly skilled Master's Level Behavioral Health Specialist to join our team at the Racine County Jail in Racine, Wisconsin.

This is a full-time position with evening and weekend shifts available, offering up to 32 hours of work per week. As a Behavioral Health Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse population and make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals in need.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide crisis stabilization and complete intakes and ongoing evaluations
  • Participate in monthly behavioral health calls and work collaboratively with the medical team to determine overall treatment for each individual
  • Perform risk assessments and coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams
  • Assist in planning and implementing program goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a related field
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a social work capacity
  • Licensed, Master's Level Behavioral Health Clinician with the ability to administer assessments and make clinical decisions
