Job Title: Master's Level Behavioral Health Professional

VitalCore Health Strategies is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Master's Level Behavioral Health Professional to join our team at the Racine County Jail in Racine, Wisconsin.

Job Summary:

The Master's Level Behavioral Health Professional will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide proactive and collaborative care to patients. This role requires a strong understanding of behavioral health principles and the ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide crisis stabilization and complete intakes and ongoing evaluations
  • Participate in monthly behavioral health calls and work collaboratively with the medical team to determine overall treatment
  • Perform risk assessments and coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams
  • Assist in planning and implementing program goals and objectives
  • Prepare documentation, records, and reports as needed
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a related field
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a social work capacity
  • Licensed as a LCSW, LCPC, LMSW, or LPC
