  7. Financial Analysis and Modeling: Conduct financial analysis and modeling to inform business decisions, and develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and forecasting.
  8. Financial Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks, and develop and implement strategies to manage and mitigate these risks.
  9. Financial Governance and Compliance: Ensure the company's financial governance and compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Requirements:

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  2. Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in financial leadership roles, with a proven track record of driving financial growth and improvement.
  3. Skills: Strong financial planning and analysis skills, with expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
  4. Leadership and Collaboration: Proven ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, and provide strategic financial guidance and support to senior leaders.
  5. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  6. Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and analyze complex business issues and develop effective financial solutions.
  7. Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to think strategically, with a focus on driving business growth and improvement.
