Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a non-profit or social services organization.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in financial software and systems, including accounting, budgeting, and reporting tools.
