- Generate executive-level verbal and written reports that underpin data-driven recommendations.
- Develop an in-depth comprehension of pertinent data from multiple data sources.
- Convert intricate business needs into analytical models.
- Employ SQL for the extraction, manipulation, integration, and analysis of extensive datasets.
- Design engaging visualizations and dashboards using tools such as Power BI to convey insights to stakeholders.
- Ensure the accuracy and reliability of all analytics and reporting.
- Promote the significance of data collection and the creation of meaningful tests to evaluate incremental growth.
- Interpret complex data to deliver actionable insights that align with business goals.
- Adhere to health and safety protocols and ensure compliance within teams.
- Safeguard our reputation by maintaining confidentiality of information.
- Enhance professional and technical expertise by participating in educational workshops, reviewing industry literature, building professional networks, and engaging in professional organizations.
- Contribute to team objectives by achieving related results and collaborating on projects as necessary.
- 5+ years of experience in a business analysis capacity
- 2+ years of experience in developing dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools
- 3+ years of experience with SQL, demonstrating a strong ability to work with complex datasets, including data extraction and manipulation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the capability to distill complex concepts into actionable business insights.
- Familiarity with Azure (or other cloud platforms) and Databricks
- Experience with IoT, SaaS, and/or intelligent consumer products & services
