Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience (3-8 years) in implementing and optimizing Smartsheet solutions in a corporate or similar environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Smartsheet functionalities, including formulas, automation, and integration with other tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for translating complex workflows into actionable Smartsheet solutions.
  • Understanding of project management principles, with the capacity to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, fostering positive relationships and consensus on implementation strategies.
  • Adaptability to navigate change in a dynamic environment, adjusting plans as necessary to meet evolving business requirements.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • Certifications: Relevant Smartsheet certifications such as Aligned Solutions Professional Training, Aligned Solution Consultant Training, and Aligned Solution Architect Training.
