Audiovisual Systems Technician

Job Overview
The Audiovisual Systems Technician will play a crucial role in diagnosing and repairing a variety of audiovisual, videoconferencing, and IT systems. This position requires a proactive approach and the ability to work independently while adhering to established guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
As a vital member of the team, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing technical support for audiovisual and IT systems.
- Diagnosing issues related to audiovisual and videoconferencing systems.
- Managing and resolving service tickets generated by system alerts.
- Repairing various audiovisual and IT systems, including cable re-termination.
- Offering remote support to end-users and assisting with AV & IT system configurations.
- Collaborating with manufacturers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Documenting all activities accurately and maintaining up-to-date records.
- Delivering training and guidance to clients and internal personnel.
- Ensuring exceptional customer service and building technical credibility with clients.
- Coordinating activities with subcontractors and other stakeholders.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of two years of related experience in audiovisual systems.
- Knowledge of various audiovisual equipment and protocols.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
