RN - Robotics Coordinator - Operating Room FT Day

We are seeking a skilled RN - Robotics Coordinator to join our team in the Operating Room at Providence Saint John's Health Center. As a key member of our surgical services team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our robotic surgery program.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the setup and maintenance of robotic equipment, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Develop and implement processes to improve patient outcomes and reduce complications.
- Provide education and training to staff on robotic surgery procedures and best practices.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and safety.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current California Registered Nurse License.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
- CNOR certification.
- 1 year of Nursing experience with demonstrated leadership abilities.
