About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RN Robotic Coordinator to join our team at Providence Saint John's Health Center. As a key member of our Surgical Services Department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our operating rooms and providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the preparation and maintenance of operating rooms, ensuring that all necessary equipment and supplies are available and functioning properly.
  • Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and efficient surgical procedures.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient safety and satisfaction.
  • Provide education and training to staff members on robotic surgery techniques and best practices.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and reduce costs.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Current California Registered Nurse License.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
  • CNOR certification.
  • At least one year of nursing experience with demonstrated leadership abilities.
