We are seeking a skilled RN - Robotics Coordinator to join our team in the Operating Room at Providence Saint John's Health Center in Santa Monica, CA.
The RN - Robotics Coordinator will work under the supervision of the Surgery Manager, coordinating the activities of the surgery specialty service-line and ensuring the efficient use of human and material resources.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the activities of the surgery specialty service-line, ensuring timely and efficient completion of procedures.
- Manage the utilization of human and material resources, adhering to established budgetary guidelines.
- Interpret and apply policies and nursing practice guidelines, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Assume accountability for the coordination of day-to-day unit operations, ensuring seamless communication with team members and stakeholders.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- California Registered Nurse License.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
- CNOR certification.
- 1 year of Nursing experience with demonstrated leadership abilities.
