  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Procore, CMIC, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Office 365), Microsoft Project (scheduling), and familiar with Primavera (preferred).
  • Certifications: OSHA 30 (required or willing to obtain), CPR certification (preferred), GA soil erosion blue dirt card is a plus.
  • Strong ability to read and understand plans/specs independently.
  • Proven ability to hold teams accountable, with a diplomatic and team-oriented approach.
