Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Superintendent to manage the day-to-day field operations of our construction projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction methods, practices, schedules, logistics, and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely completion and within budget.
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams, including laborers, carpenters, and other trades.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure project success.
  • Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure high-quality workmanship.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in construction management or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in government contracting preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, practices, schedules, logistics, and budgets.
  • Ability to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
