As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience from the moment they arrive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting and Check-in: Greet guests upon arrival, welcome them to the lodge, and efficiently process check-ins and check-outs.
- Front Desk Services: Provide a range of services to guests, including room assignments, administrative duties, and delivering mail and messages.
- Conflict Resolution: Anticipate and resolve guest conflicts or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with guests, staff, and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, including processing guest payments, coordinating with bell service and staff management, and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous customer service experience, preferably in a hospitality or hotel setting.
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
