Job Summary

Hannaford Supermarkets is seeking a Customer Service Leader to join our team. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
* Supervise and coordinate the activities of front-end and service desk/kiosk associates to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
* Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the front-end and service desk/kiosk areas.
* Assist with special projects and perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

* Effective communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

Physical Requirements

* Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store as needed.
* Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and push/pull carts as needed.
* Ability to work in a variety of temperatures and environments.

Preferred Requirements

* Previous experience in a retail or customer service role.
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
