About the Job

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Service Coordinator to join our team at Advocates. In this role, you will provide direct support and guidance to individuals experiencing mental health and substance use challenges in a residential setting.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, collaborating with colleagues, and ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all residents.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve treatment goals
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients
  • Assist with medication management and daily living activities
  • Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all residents

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Demonstrated understanding of cultural diversity and competence

Salary: $18.50/hour
