Salary and Benefits

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care and support to residents with compassion and empathy.
  • Assist with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs and preferences of each resident.
  • Plan and facilitate engaging activities to promote socialization and personal growth.
  • Support residents in developing and maintaining life skills, such as cooking, cleaning, and budgeting.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the overall well-being of the residents.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a direct care role is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for helping others.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and schedules.
Working Environment

The working hours for this position are CHI ON3 Sunday/Monday/Friday/Saturday 11p-7a.
