Residential Program Supervisor

The Price Center, a leading service agency empowering individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to thrive, is seeking a Residential Program Supervisor to join its Residential Services/ Community Living team.
This full-time position based in our Newton or Brookline residential homes offers an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. As a key member of our team, you will oversee daily operations, ensure a safe and comfortable environment, and work closely with staff, families, and community partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Management: Monitor budgets, manage finances, and provide financial guidance to staff.
- Medical Support: Coordinate medical appointments, manage medication administration, and maintain accurate records.
- Staff Supervision: Provide direction, training, and supervision to house staff, ensuring high-quality care and support services.
- Individual Services: Develop and implement individualized plans, providing direct care and support to residents.
- Safety and Security: Ensure a safe living environment, conduct regular safety inspections, and respond to emergencies.
Requirements:
- A minimum of three years of direct care experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
- At least one year of management experience, preferably in a human services setting.
- Demonstrated teaching and training skills, with the ability to interact with individuals, staff, and families in a professional manner.
- MEDICATION ADMINISTRATION CERTIFICATION (MAP) certified in Massachusetts.
- A valid driver's license, clean driving record, and willingness to use personal or agency vehicles during employment.
Estimated Salary: $27/hour plus benefits. The Price Center offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off. This exempt position requires flexibility for early morning and later evening availability, as well as weekend availability when needed.
