As a Support Professional, you will be responsible for providing direct care and support to individuals in a residential setting. This includes assisting with daily living tasks, implementing treatment plans, and participating in recreational activities.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
- Must pass Massachusetts CORI background check
