Ferguson Customer Service Coordinator

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our Corporate Submittal Center team in Raleigh, NC, Nashville, TN, or Newport News, VA. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the Regional Quotations team to provide comprehensive administrative support. This role involves creating Submittal and Operation & Maintenance manuals, managing high-volume email requests, organizing and filing emails and attachments, collaborating with Customer Service Supervisors, and identifying business critical issues quickly.
To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Suite, especially Teams and Outlook, and have strong computer and typing skills. Additionally, you should be able to handle a highly deadline-driven environment, be flexible and adaptable, and prioritize tasks effectively. As a hybrid worker, you will spend three days per week in the office and two days working remotely.
This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible, and Ferguson complies with all wage regulations. The estimated salary range for this position is $15.00 - $21.68 per hour, which may vary based on location.
