We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to serve as our Clinical Operations Manager, RN. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as a deep understanding of clinical operations and patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all aspects of clinical operations, including supervision of licensed practical nurses and certified medical assistants.
- Oversee patient flow and nursing workload to ensure productivity, quality of care, and patient satisfaction.
- Recruit, hire, and train clinical staff, including onboarding and ongoing education and development.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of clinical services and support.
- Monitor and analyze clinical data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Provide clinical guidance and support to staff, including triage and patient care.
- Participate in center meetings and contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures.
- Two years of experience in ambulatory care settings, with a minimum of one year in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Current New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Associate's degree in nursing (ASN) from an accredited institution.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN).
- Bilingual English/Spanish.
- Pediatric experience.
- Women's health experience.
- Customer Service: Displays professional, courteous, and respectful attitude in dealing with patients.
- Cooperation/Teamwork: Works well with others, contributes input to improve outcomes, and asks others for opinions and feedback.
