Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to serve as our Clinical Operations Manager, RN. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as a deep understanding of clinical operations and patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of clinical operations, including supervision of licensed practical nurses and certified medical assistants.
  • Oversee patient flow and nursing workload to ensure productivity, quality of care, and patient satisfaction.
  • Recruit, hire, and train clinical staff, including onboarding and ongoing education and development.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of clinical services and support.
  • Monitor and analyze clinical data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
  • Provide clinical guidance and support to staff, including triage and patient care.
  • Participate in center meetings and contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Two years of experience in ambulatory care settings, with a minimum of one year in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Current New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Associate's degree in nursing (ASN) from an accredited institution.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN).
  • Bilingual English/Spanish.
  • Pediatric experience.
  • Women's health experience.
