Job Title: Advanced Clinical Innovation Specialist - Surgical Products

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a highly skilled Advanced Clinical Innovation Specialist to join our Abiomed Team. This position will work within the Eastern United States, supporting the creation and execution of advanced trainings for surgical products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and execution of advanced trainings for surgical products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with product development and commercial business needs
  • Provide clinical support and case coverage for research products and first-in-man studies
  • Assist in the identification, coordination, and execution of ExCEL launch trainings and curriculum development
  • Support the voice of customers and innovation suites, and major tradeshows

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years cardiovascular clinical experience
  • Clinical experience in the surgical operating theater
  • Display enhanced leadership and team building attributes
  • Viewed as a Clinical and Product SME in current role
  • Desire to impact patient outcomes

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2 years as an Advanced Surgical Consultant or have minimum of 4 years of Abiomed Field Team experience or previous surgical theater experience with high volume Impella 5 and RPSA experience
  • Complete Abiomed product portfolio experience
  • ExCEL launch experience preferred
