Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Nursing Practice Specialist to join our team at Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH). The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting competent, compassionate, and professional nursing care for patients and families across the continuum.

Key Responsibilities

- Provides expert-level consultation and advises clinical staff on the formulation of diagnoses and treatment plans for patients and families.
- Demonstrates excellence in providing direct and indirect nursing care to patients and their families.
- Supports independent nursing practice of professional nurses through collaborative, consultative, and role modeling activities.

Requirements

- Master's degree in Nursing required.
- Current Massachusetts RN License required.
- Knowledge of medical and surgical patients. Education experience preferred.
